How long does it take to ship my order?
As each item is carefully curated, we will require at least 7-15 working days to personalize your item before shipping it out. It totally depends of the product you are requiring. Personalization in Textile range usually takes a little bit longer than our leather range.
When will I receive my item?
As your item is carefully curated, please allow 7 to 15 working days for us to personalize your item, pack and dispatch to our courier team.
Custom Monogramming will take up to 7 business day from the day where the final art work file is approved.
I have an issue with my product what can I do?
We quality check all of our products prior to dispatch and are confident in what are packing before we send your parcel out to you. If you have any issues with your purchase we are happy to look at the issue and provide you with a reasonable resolution. We cannot provide a refund or exchange for pure change of mind on product that has been personalized. Please reach out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do your items come with a warranty?
Our products come with a 12-month warranty, however if you have any issues with your purchase we are happy to assess the item and provide a reasonable resolution. Where there is general wear and tear on a product we do not guarantee that the products will be replaced or repaired.
How should I care for my personalized leather?
Our leather range is made from 100% leather. Kindly avoid item contact against rough or sharp surfaces to minimize scratching. Any oils will cause the monogram stamping to fade over time.
How do I make payment?
We accept Debit / Credit Card – Visa, Master
All monogramming at ShopMacarena are done individually. As such, there may be minor variations.
All items have been carefully curated and checked before dispatch. If the item is faulty upon receiving, please email us email@example.com with your order number and photo evidences.
We do not accept returns of any item, unless it is deemed faulty. If it is deemed faulty, the item must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Can i cancel or change my order?
